Fr Justin Ndhlovu and Fr. José Alberto Intuela Sagras visited the families of our young people in formation. This visit took place in the last week of December. The aim of the visit was to know the origins of our young people in order to better accompany them and establish a permanent link with his families, to know the feelings of the parents about the vocation of their sons, to convey condolences to two bereaved families of the postulants, Fortin (2nd year) and Gabriel finalist who lost their mother and father respectively and finally to present Christmas and Happy New Year greetings to the parents of our candidates.
Our confrees made the following itinerary: They started the visit on 28/12 in Bodo; on 29/12 they went to Laï and Pont karol (Pala) and on 30/12 to Bologo, Serem Godo and Krim Krim. The parents were happy to welcome them and the fathers were also happy to meet the parents of our youngsters. This cheerful atmosphere manifested itself in the talks and meals shared together. The Lord accompanied and kept our confreres safe and sound throughout this visit. May the name of the Lord be praised eternally. On 31/12 Fathers Justin and José Alberto returned to Sarh.
